Cast acrylic, not extruded
Cast sheet machines cleanly, polishes to a glass edge and resists yellowing far longer. It costs more per sheet. We use it anyway.
Lighting that stays even
LED module spacing is calculated per letter height and face depth — which is why our backlit signs do not show hotspots or dark shoulders after a year.
You approve before we cut
Nothing goes on the machine without your written sign-off on the mockup. Spelling, size, colour, mount points — all confirmed on paper first.

How much does a custom acrylic sign board cost?
Acrylic signage is quoted per square foot, and the number moves with acrylic thickness, whether the sign is non-lit, front-lit, halo-lit or edge-lit, the surface finish, and how it mounts. A 4ft non-lit logo plate and a 12ft backlit fascia are different orders of magnitude. Send us the approximate size and a photo of the location — you will get a written, itemised quote the same working day, with no obligation.
How long does manufacturing and installation take?
Your design mockup lands within 24–48 hours of the brief. After you approve it, standard non-lit acrylic boards and 3D letters take about 5–7 working days, and LED backlit or large fascia signs take about 8–12 working days. Installation is scheduled with you. If you have a launch date, tell us upfront — rush timelines can usually be arranged.
Do you deliver and install outside Kota?
Yes. We manufacture in Kota Industrial Area and dispatch across India in protective crating. Our own installation team covers Kota, Bundi, Baran, Jhalawar, Jaipur and Udaipur. Beyond that, signs ship install-ready with a full-size mounting template, labelled wiring and a fitting guide — and we stay on a video call with your local technician through the install.
What thickness of acrylic do you use?
We work in cast acrylic from 3mm to 25mm. Interior logo plates and door signs are typically 5–10mm; reception backdrops run 12–19mm for presence; exterior fascia letters are usually 10mm faces with 3mm returns. The recommended thickness is always marked on your mockup, so you can see the depth before approving — and upgrade it if you want more weight.
Will I see a design before production starts?
Always, and it is free. We render your sign onto a photo of your actual wall or shopfront with dimensions, material spec and lighting type marked. Revisions are included. Nothing goes on the cutting bed until you approve it in writing — that approval is what protects you from spelling errors and size surprises.
Do you provide a GST invoice and warranty?
Yes to both. Customize Guru Private Limited is a registered company and every order is billed with a GST invoice, making your signage fully claimable as a business expense. LED hardware — modules and drivers — carries a 24-month replacement warranty, and acrylic fabrication is warranted against delamination and workmanship defects.
